From the culinary mind of Executive Chef and Founder Mike Behrend, we present our rigotoni bolognese, featuring a hearty Italian meat sauce. I bet you’re thinking, MEAT? Well yes, Beyond Meat! We use the great-tasting plant based meat substitute, Beyond Meat beefless crumbles in our sauce that we pour over rigotoni noodles. You’ll also get fresh-baked vegan focaccia bread and a caesar salad with crunchy homemade croutons. If you haven’t had our house made pecan caesar dressing, you are in for a treat! By the way, it’s dairy free & plant-based (vegan). This is the perfect meat-free meal to share with your loved one! See you February 14th!
